The CPA NextGen International Talent Taskforce met for the second time in September 2021 to discuss the future of working environments.
The Taskforce, a CPA collaboration with the IE School of Architecture & Design (Madrid), is made up with members from London, Paris, Montreal, Belgium, Madrid and South Africa.
At it’s second meeting, the group discussed differing stances on returning to work environments in international markets. Key ideas included: why people return to office spaces or stay at home; the opportunities offered by new spaces; and reduced carbon footprints. The group also agreed that the real estate industry needs to be more inclusive.
Elaborating on these themes, members of the Taskforce have published the following blogs posts:
- Fatima Abel on the role of office spaces in wellbeing and sustainability
- Amelie Cosse: An update on health and wellbeing in the built environment from Montreal
- Jose Maria Mateo Torres: Mobility as a driver of sustainability
