London Property Alliance (CPA + WPA) is concerned at the potential threat to commercial development and the economic vibrancy of Central London if MHCLG proposals for the conversion of Class E commercial uses into residential are granted permitted development across all of the CAZ (Central Activities Zone).
We have responded to Part 1 of the MHCLG’s Supporting Housing Delivery and Public Service Infrastructure consultation, calling for an element of local control to be retained.
