This breakfast seminar will discuss the findings of the City Property Association’s upcoming reports on the vital role towers play in growing the City’s economy.
Taking place on the 35th floor of Brookfield’s 100 Bishopsgate, a 40-storey tower in the heart of the City of London’s Eastern Cluster, our panel will consider the steps, such as ensuring major developments remain viable and deliverable, policymakers could take to promote growth within the Square Mile.
Following a short summary of our latest research from CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec), a panel of industry experts will consider the importance of towers to the City’s economic and social prosperity, and the potential changes to Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) phasing, cycle space provision, cultural and viewing gallery requirements, and reuse and recycling of material and other construction efficiencies to help support development.
