Our last breakfast seminar of 2024 was hosted on the 35th floor of 100 Bishopsgate, which served as a fitting backdrop for an exclusive preview of our Supporting the City’s economic growth and development pipeline white paper and Cycling & the City research.
CPA Chair Ross Sayers kicked off the seminar by presenting on the project timelines of towers from vacant possession to completion, which was followed by a panel discussion exploring how to best support the viability of new development in the Square Mile and achieve the City of London Corporation’s Growth ambitions.
