CPA responded to the City Corporation’s consultation on its proposed CIL Neighbourhood Fund. CPA state the importance of prioritising Neighbourhood Fund spending on local projects that can have a tangible and direct benefit to development schemes and tenants. We think it is valuable for workers, visitors and residents to see the local benefits arising from major development schemes.
