On the 6 April, the CPA NextGen committee welcomed recent graduates and new industry starters to its NewGen networking event at 22 Bishopsgate.
Last year, we welcomed the new generation of industry talent to meet and mingle online at our CPA NewGen Networking webinar. This year, we were delighted to welcome new graduates to meet others in person, from across the sector, making new connections and sharing experiences to support their career development.
Guests heard from CPA Board member Karen Cook (Founding Partner, PLP Architecture) who outlined the importance of NextGen networks for career development. The newly elected CPA NextGen Chair, Liam Lawson Jones (Senior Planning Consultant, Gerald Eve) discussed CPA NextGen’s activities in 2022 and how new starters can get involved.
This was followed by tours of the buildings and networking.
