Dan Scanlon (Brookfield Properties, Senior Vice President – Developments) and Harry Badham (AXA IM – Real Assets – UK Head of Development) have been formally elected as the new CPA President and Vice President for 2020 – 2022. At the CPA AGM, on 26 March, constitutional amendments were also approved to change their titles to Chair and Vice Chair.
CPA Chair Dan Scanlon said: “For the first time in the 116 year history of the CPA we have conducted our AGM virtually and it’s a strange time to take over as the new Chair. But we are all doing our best to keep our businesses running in the short term, whilst preparing for the recovery in the long term, and the CPA is no different.”
