Our first event of the year, hosted by Stanhope at 8 Bishopsgate, will explore the key trends and opportunities shaping the future of the City of London’s office market.
Following a record-breaking year in 2024, with 331 lease deals and the highest level of construction starts since 2016, the City of London continues to be the location of choice for global businesses. Underpinning this, is the City of London Corporation’s draft City Plan 2040, which aims to deliver a minimum of 1.2m sqm of additional office floorspace to house an extra 66,000 jobs.
The seminar will feature a keynote address from Shravan Joshi MBE, Chairman of the Planning & Transportation Committee, City of London Corporation, which will be followed by a market update and panel session from the City of London’s leading commercial real estate experts.
