Over 100 City Property Association guests joined us at Nuveen’s Bishopsgate offices for a breakfast seminar exploring Circular Economy and the City.
The seminar speakers explored the onsite circular economy methods and techniques being used across leading commercial development projects in the City of London to reduce embodied carbon emissions, with a focus on reducing material usage and waste. The discussion highlighted the need to share comprehensive data and learnings across the industry, this includes data captured throughout the planning, build and post completion phases.
Speakers included:
- Simon Allford, Executive Director, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris
- Anna Beckett, Associate Director, Buro Happold
- Piers Blewitt, CPA Board & Director of Development Management, GPE
- Geoff Harris, Head of Development, Nuveen (panel chair)
