150 members and stakeholders joined us for our CPA AGM Drinks Reception at Landsec’s Victorian Bath House.
Guests heard from newly appointed CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec) who set out the Association’s business priorities for the year ahead. These are:
- A place to thrive: Support the City’s economic resilience and its role as a global destination for business and investment.
- A place to relax: Champion the City of London Corporation’s Destination City vision.
- A place for the future: Continue to promote best practice environmental sustainability to deliver a net zero city.
- A place founded on fairness & equity: Advocate for social sustainability, including diversity in the industry and social value of development.
We would like to thank outgoing Chair Gareth Roberts (Head of Development – Science & Technology and Standalone Projects, British Land) for all his work over the last two years leading the Association and championing the City’s built environment.
