The CPA has welcomed the ambition of the City Plan and agreed that the proposed policy framework will help to drive the City of London’s recovery and sustainable growth.
Our response, prepared in partnership with Gerald Eve, recommends amendments to the plan’s Spatial Strategy to enable sufficient flexibility for retail to evolve and thrive throughout the Square Mile.
