These are the terms and conditions of membership of the City Property Association (‘us’ ‘we’ and ‘our’) and should be read in conjunction with the Articles of Association of City Property Association Limited (company number 8251671).  These Terms and Conditions and the Articles of Association are subject to variation from time to time.  Variations will be notified by email and on our website.

The current Articles of Association may be found here. The CPA is a not for profit private company limited at companies house.

Your CPA membership year

Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December each year.

Subscription fees

Subscription fees are subject to review and details of the same on our website are updated accordingly.

Payment of subscription fees is due annually in advance and in any event by no later than 30 (thirty) days after the date we issue you with an invoice in respect of the same.

In order to allow us to plan our resources all subscription fees are non-refundable in the event of termination of membership for any reason.

Unpaid subscription fees

Membership subscriptions form the majority of our income.  Unpaid subscription fees therefore impact directly on our ability to plan and provide services for members.  Consequently we reserve the right to take necessary steps to recover unpaid subscription fees, including legal action where necessary.

Termination of membership

We may terminate your membership in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of our Articles of Association.

You may terminate your membership by giving us notice in writing by no later than three months prior to the start of the next membership year.

Renewal of membership

You may terminate your membership by giving us notice in writing by no later than three months prior to the start of the next membership year.
