The City Property Association is managed by a small team from its offices in Piccadilly, which are shared with the British Property Federation and LandAid. The team is also responsible for managing the Westminster Property Association, the CPA’s sister organisation for the City of Westminster.
Charles has led the executive of the City Property Association since October 2014, and is responsible for driving forward the policy, public affairs and event programmes for the association.
Prior to this Charles was a partner at a FTSE 100 communications consultancy. He has extensive experience in corporate comms, stakeholder engagement and global marketing campaigns. A former journalist, Charles worked for national newspapers and broadcast media for over a decade, and also spent five years in a senior communications role at Westminster City Council.
He enjoys playing Lego with his son and telling people he once played for Manchester City’s youth team.
Rosie joined the CPA in February 2017, from the Berkeley Group – where she was Communications Managers for St George PLC.
She has previously worked for a public affairs agency and in the Cabinet office of a London borough.
In her spare time she listens to loads of podcasts.
Sapna joined the WPA in June 2017, from Cocoon Family Support – where she was the Treasurer Trustee taking time out to raise her two young children.
She has previously worked for a The Titan Group as a Financial Controller/Management Accountant. Previously to that she was Financial Controller/Senior Business Analyst in the financial services industry for banks such as Barclays and Wells Fargo. She started her career at KPMG and has been a qualified Accountant for over 11 years.
In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her children. She also enjoys helping the local school by being a board of governor.
Policy and Communications Executive
Jeremy joined the CPA not long after volunteering with the Better Together campaign in Scotland and also spending time working alongside MP's, MSP’s and city councillors on many local and national campaigns, which he had also done during his time at University. Jeremy graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA in Archaeology and spent his time there juggling between excavations and political campaigning.
Jeremy enjoys Rugby, and long treks through the countryside.
Business Development Executive
Luke graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in History. Since graduating Luke worked with a local property developer as a Sales and Operations assistant and simultaneously volunteered to campaign with his local MP in the 2015 General Election.
In his spare time Luke likes to play rugby, read and travel.
