Our activities centre around three core themes:
Advocacy – Our leadership meets regularly with local and national policy makers to express our members’ views on current issues and influence built environment policy, and get the best deal for the industry. We have close relationships with the City of London Corporation and the Greater London Authority, and also speak frequently with relevant MPs.
Insight – We support research undertaken by our members which provides a greater understanding of the industry and future market trends. Experts and key industry figures present their research and offer their views to CPA members at our regular breakfast seminars which take in a range of different topics annually.
Networking – Regular social events throughout the year at which our members can network and strengthen business relationships. These include new building launches, seasonal receptions, and our Annual Lunch in March which takes place in the historic Great Hall of the Guildhall.
