London is the world’s leading centre for Fintech and has the largest concentration of £1bn valued (Unicorns) start ups in Europe. This breakfast seminar will explore the increasing number of tech businesses in Central London, where they are locating and why.
Our expert panel will discuss what fintech businesses are looking for as major occupiers of office space in the capital. Do they have new demands over and above traditional financial and professional services? Does the industry need to replicate the quirks of Shoreditch in the City?
It will also offer members the opportunity to see the newly refurbished 3 Finsbury Avenue, which houses a number of fintech firms and British Land’s Storey co-working space.
- Kat Hanna, Associate Director for Urban Change at Cushman & Wakefield
