CPA, with its sister organisation WPA, last week held a round table discussion with the Deputy Mayor of London for Business, Rajesh Agrawal.
This has been the latest in a series of meetings that the Associations have conducted with politicians and policy makers to discuss the key proposals in our ‘Manifesto for Growth: Post-Brexit’. The manifesto formed the basis of the discussion with the Deputy Mayor, ahead of the government formally triggering Brexit on Wednesday 29 March, to ensure that the interests of the property industry and the capital remain at the forefront of negotiations.
The round table was also an opportunity for a number of business representatives to discuss with the Deputy Mayor their priorities in the coming years as well as wider concerns within the industry. The Deputy Mayor also provided a high level update on the Mayor’s priorities for business in the capital in the coming years.
